Meals Worth Sitting Down For
The restaurant is centred on New Zealand produce. Waikato beef, fresh lake trout, seasonal vegetables and house-baked bread. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am with a cooked and continental buffet. Lunch is a relaxed midday menu, and dinner offers two- or three-course options with a seasonal focus.
The room is designed for conversation — well-spaced tables, natural light during the day, and warm, lowered lighting in the evening. Open to hotel guests and visitors. Reservations recommended for dinner.

After-Dinner & All Day
The bar serves coffee and light refreshments through the day and a full drinks list from the afternoon. It works well for pre-dinner drinks, post-event wind-downs and informal meetings. The seating is comfortable and the service is attentive without being intrusive.
