Taupo Terrace hosts corporate meetings, board retreats, private dinners, celebrations, team-building days and wedding receptions. The hotel provides meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering and a dedicated coordinator for each event. Overnight accommodation can be arranged alongside any booking, with group rates for larger parties.
The events team works with you from planning through to the day itself. Dietary requirements, transport logistics, room setup preferences and timing details are handled by our coordinator so you can focus on your guests.
